Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible, your item must be:In the same condition you received it — unworn and unalteredSent back with all original packaging (box, card, etc.)A non-custom or non-final-sale item

Due to the handmade nature and energetic sensitivity of our items, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Custom & Final Sale Items

All custom pieces, engraved designs, or items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable. These pieces were created just for you — thank you for understanding.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Return

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
